Alright, so by now the dust has settled from the 2013 MTV VMA’s and the chatter about the fashion hits and misses has begun. I know for starters the show began with a BANG, as Lady Gaga reemerged as her stylishly wacky unpredictable self. The pop diva literally had five wardrobe / wig changes, ending her performance in a barley there seashell top that was accompanyed with a bedazzled thong. Gaga for sure never disappoints when it comes to fashion defining moments. The star studded front row sat the nights best dressed ladies, as BFF’s Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift stole the night as each of the songstress were dressed to kill. Miss. Swift wore a plunging navy dress by Herve Leger by Max Azria, with her signature red lip that totally gave off old hollywood glam. Swifts bestie, Selena, was just as stunning as the star wore a midnight blue thigh high slit Atelier Versace gown. Round of applause for both of these ladies! The winner for worst dressed for the night definitely goes to Miley Cyrus as the former Disney star gave a X-Rated performance of her hit single “We can’t stop” and Robin Thicke’s “blurred Lines” . Many of the audiences reactions were priceless as the Smith Family was shocked and jaws dropped at the sight of Cyrus bumping and grinding on married Thicke. I doubt his with Paula Patton would approve. Miley’s teddy bear leotard and latex two piece left little to the imagination and did absolutely nothing to flatter her figure. The whole performance was an obvious cry for attention. For the mens side the One Direction guys all looked dapper and stylish wearing their signature unified look. The pop group took home the moon-man for Best Song Of the Summer with “Best song ever”. To round out the night the best performance and dressed guy of the evening was none other then Mr. Justin Timberlake ,as he brought sexy back electrifying the crowd with a montage of all his #1 hits. The crowd was even given a sweet surprise from JT’s EX bandmates N’SYNC as they graced the stage singing a short snippet of their most beloved songs.
